SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

• Processing time: This entails order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Our products are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to get shipped from our store to the destination. After processing and dispatch, items usually take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination. However, this can take a little longer due to the Corona Virus pandemic.
• Return Policy: Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us immediately to guide you on the return process. Please note that we DO NOT offer size exchanges. Kindly review the size chart for all items before making a purchase
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
• Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
